Sophia was so great to help us make such a darling item for the stroll!

Bring your parents to the stroll, and if the price is right, you can take it home for keeps!

Although I may have to visit it from time to time. :)

Gallery Art Project

We are one of the lucky classrooms to have the fabulous Sophia helping us with a great project for the Gallery Stroll. Students in Room 158 created their own tiles to mosaic onto a plant pot, then they broke up additional tiles, donated by Contempo Tile, to finish the pot. It has been a very enriching project. The kids have loved working on it, and we know it will turn out beautifully! Sophia...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! You are awesome!

Peking Acrobats

Wow! What an awesome fieldtrip! Kingsbury Hall provided a great opportunity for us to stretch the limits of what we thought humans could do! We loved the dragons, especially the babies. We were surprised by the balancing acts, and the tumbling, and we were completely blown away by the flexibility of all of the performers. It was an incredible show! Special thanks to all the parents who donated the money that made it possible for us to attend!! Incredible!

The Smartboard and projector are here at last! We will have to wait a bit longer for installation, but just knowing that they are both in the building is a happy thought! Pictures will follow.
